We are OPEN! Nous sommes de retour!
We are happy to announce that the Ontario Ministry of Health and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario have announced that we are now able to see practice members for regular patient care.
Massages can be scheduled by CLICKING HERE.
Dr. Mike and Dr. Lyne are now taking appointments. Please feel free to call (613) 830-3337 or by clicking here to request an appointment.
Here is what we are doing and what we need from you:
Managing risk through COVID-19 risk assessment.
All appointments booked by phone or email will undergo a COVID-19 screening assessment before being seen.
You will receive a reminder email prior to your appointment with the COVID-19 questions. You MUST reply “NO” to this EMAIL if you answered NO to all questions.
Please sanitize your hands upon entering the office and when exiting and WEAR a face mask.
If you answer YES to any of the COVID-19 questions, please follow the instructions in the email.
Upon arriving at the office, if you have not replied to the email, you will need to read the screening questions posted and confirm with Helene or Michelle that you have answered “No” to all questions. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms on the list, you must wait 14 days prior to coming in for an appointment.

In office procedures to follow:
We are limiting the number of people in the office at one time to allow for physical distancing. We have adjusted our hours to accommodate for this. We are currently seeing patients Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 11:00 am and 12:30 to 5:30 pm.
Please be prompt for your appointment.
If you arrive early or late to your appointment please remain in your vehicle and call the office to see when an appropriate time would be for you to enter the office. Please avoid bringing any guests in the office (exceptions apply). Please respect other people’s 2-meter space.
Please refrain from using the office washroom whenever possible.
Families entering the office
We have many families who receive care together and we understand that some people may need to bring their children into the office due to a lack of childcare. If you have children with you, please advise us ahead of time so that we may schedule you appropriately (at the end or the beginning of our adjustment times).
Physical distancing at the front desk
Helen and Michelle will remain behind the plexiglass. They will be wearing a mask. We understand communication will be a little more challenging and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Payments will be accepted by Debit, Credit Card or E-transfer @ [email protected]
Hand Sanitize and Wear a Mask
Dr. Mike and Dr. Lyne will be wearing a mask for all patient care and the Ministry of Health has asked that you bring your own mask to any appointments.
Sanitize your hands upon arrival and departure. If you are wearing gloves, please sanitize your gloves.
Rigorous cleaning and disinfecting
All clinical and public spaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly, in line with the Ministry of Health requirements. We ask that you refrain from touching surfaces as much as possible. All toys, clothes hangers and magazines have been put away.
We ask that you please be patient with us as we all navigate this new territory. We want to make sure everyone gets the care they need and gets back on track with their care recommendations. New recommendations may be required for those that have regressed over the past 3 months.
We have upgraded our Chiropractic Software!
Once the re-opening procedures are well established, we will be introducing ONLINE appointment booking, text appointment reminders and email reminders with iCal (automatic appointment calendar insert in Apple/Android devices). As well, we will be emailing your Insurance Receipts in PDF format.
This fall we will be Re-Locating the office to 3735 St Joseph Blvd
(corner of Trim and St Joseph)
Click here to view the MAP of our new location.
The new office name will be Taylor Creek Chiropractic
